Last Night Squad 84 responded to assist Fire District 6 with a large and fast moving brush fire. Squad 84 arrived and was assigned to set up a Fill Site for the operating Brush Trucks. Over 100 firefighters from 20 different agencies operated for approximately 3 hours to extinguish the 40 acre fire. Due to the swift deployment of resources the fire was brought under control without any damage to adjacent residences or any injuries.
